David S.K. Lee is an entrepreneur, business leader, investor, mentor, philanthropist, and a world-renowned Ferrari collector. He was born in Hong Kong and moved to the United States when he was 9 years old. During his youth, he was taught and groomed to take over the family business started by his father Hing Wa Lee in 1965. Upon graduating from Marshall business school at University of Southern California in 1992, David joined the family business and quickly led the transformation of Hing Wa Lee Gallery (wholesale operation) to a major luxury retail establishment. From 1993 to present, Hing Wa Lee Jewelers expanded to become the authorized dealer for over 30 world renowned name brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Vacheron Constantin, Blancpain, Breguet, IWC, Jaeger Le Coultre, Panerai, and more in their state-of-the-art flagship retail showrooms in San Gabriel and in Walnut, California. Under David’s leadership, Hing Wa Lee has become one of the top grossing jewelry/watch retail stores in North America and was named TOP 10 best luxury retailers in America by Leading Watch Retailers.
Today, The Hing Wa Lee Group has expanded to include significant residential and commercial real estate holdings as well as real estate brokerage and property management services under Brilliant Realty all within the real estate division. As for the investment division, David invests in collectible blue chip Ferraris within Collectible Exotic Motors, Beverage companies, High Tech & Startup funds, Education, and his own luxury brand – Monza design.
David has a vast network and is very involved with the community. To highlight some, He has served on USC’s Marshall Business School board for over 8 years and frequently guest speaks in the intro to entrepreneur, family business, graduate feasibility classes, and mentor students in the Career Advantage Program. Lee has been a member of YPO – Young President’s Organization for over 18 years and is the Chairman of the CEO Club – a Chinese version of YPO. Governor Grey Davis had appointed David to be a commissioner for Small Business Reform Task Force for the State of California. David is a Hugh supporter of organizations in education, under privileged families, and religion.

Albert Napoli is an expert in family business and family systems and partners with the CEOs, family members, and non-family member executives to create a plan for a smooth transition from one generation to another within the family business. He has a deep understanding of multigenerational planning and the types of conflict affecting enterprising families and families of wealth. Having grown up in a family business himself, Albert has spent over a decade helping family businesses all over the world in a variety of industries successfully position them for growth and a lasting legacy, while remaining connected, intentional and productive. During these engagements, Albert assists the family in making better, more timely decisions, move through transitions, protect lasting relationships, and design strategies to continue growth and relevancy with the changing business climate and next-generation interests.
Albert is an award-winning instructor at the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Southern California having taught the Entrepreneurial Family Business course for over a decade. During this time, he has gained the unique perspective of the next generations’ insight into successful family business successions and has been able to implement them into his consultations.
Albert holds a BS in business economics and finance and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is currently completing his doctorate in organizational change and leadership also from the University of Southern California. Albert has five children and lives in Whittier, California.
